You pick a plan and add a card to start, and you are charged nothing for seven days. We show you the exact date and amount of the first payment before you enter your card. If you cancel before the trial ends you pay nothing at all; if you do nothing, the subscription starts and the card is charged on that date. We email you before it happens, and you can cancel any time in Settings.

Yes. You can move between Basic and Premium whenever you like from your settings. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle, and switching never affects your progress, streaks or history.

AQA, Edexcel, OCR and Eduqas, at both Foundation and Higher tier. You pick yours during setup and can change it later in settings. We snapshot your progress when you switch, so nothing is lost.

On Premium, the AI reads the handwritten working you did on the digital canvas alongside your final answer, and awards marks for the method you showed, the way a real examiner marks. That means partial credit for a correct method with an arithmetic slip at the end.

Yes. Every topic is available at the difficulty range matching your tier, and mocks come in Foundation and Higher versions, both graded on the 9–1 scale.

Yes. The parent portal gives a read-only view of progress, time spent, topic mastery and predicted grade, plus an optional weekly email summary. Parents do not see AI Coach conversations.

Your account stays, and so does all of your history and progress. You lose access to the paid features until you resubscribe, at which point everything is exactly where you left it.
